FORTE CAPIL Shampoo (8.5 fl oz): Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the shampoo to damp hair every 2 or 3 days. Lather up the shampoo by massaging it very gently onto your scalp without rubbing. Leave the product on for 3 to 4 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
FORTE CAPIL Conditioner (8.5 fl oz): After washing with the FORTE CAPIL Shampoo, distribute the conditioner over the length of the hair, leave it on for approx. 1-2 minutes and rinse again.
FORTE CAPIL Lotion (6.8 fl oz): In the event of hair loss, please apply the FORTE CAPIL lotion to dry or damp hair every morning for one month and massage the lotion gently into the scalp in order to achieve the best possible effect of the product.

I have been using this product for sometime now. I have noticed that what hair I do have I have been keeping. I like how my hair feels after using the product. A little goes a long way.
I have been using the shampoo for 3 weeks now, not only that my hair has become totally soft and supple, no, the hair loss has also decreased a little.
I have been using it for 5 days. I don?t know if that helps. But I have a good feeling and think that it is a good product.
My hair was starting to get thinner on top as a result of some medication I was on. I quit the medication but the hair loss continued. After trying a few kinds of natural shampoos that claimed to help with thinning hair I ordered this. This is by far my favorite of the kinds I?ve tried. After two months? use, my hair is noticeably thicker in the patches above my temples and all around my hairline, and has a ton of volume. Plus it smells amazing! I will definitely keep purchasing.
I was hoping for a miracle in a bottle of course for hair growth, but while this did not do it, it did make my hair feel much thicker and more manageable.
